Restrictions

1. To this End restrictions for new and double unit manufactured homes or new site built homes under architectural control are specified. The Intent of the Restrictions is to promote everyone's enjoyment of their Property.

2.Driveways, Skirting, Porches and a neat appearance will be required. The best set of Restrictions in the world only work if there exists the will and the Mechanisms for enforcement.

Both are in place, and earlier Subdivisions using the same Restrictions are now good looking comfortable places to live with proud owners.
